A. Order Confirmation

Before completing your order, please carefully verify the following:

Model/design
Colorway
Quantity
Other selected product specifications

Once an order has been confirmed, please make sure that all selected details are correct.

B. Quality Check Photos

After completing your order, customers are encouraged to message our official Facebook page:

We will provide quality-check (QC) photos of your item through Messenger before it is shipped to the Philippines.

QC photos are provided to allow customers to check the general condition, colorway, design, and other visible details of the item before international shipment.

C. QC Timeline

QC photos are generally provided within approximately 2–4 days.

However, this timeframe may vary depending on:

Product availability
Factory or supplier processing time
Made-to-order products
Production schedules
Other circumstances beyond our control

For made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required.

D. Estimated Arrival in the Philippines

The usual estimated arrival time is approximately 7–10 days after the item is processed and shipped.

Please note that the stated ETA is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Severe weather conditions
International shipping delays
Customs clearance
Customs inspections
Transportation disruptions
Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Customers acknowledge that these circumstances may affect the estimated arrival date.

E. Arrival Notification

Once your order arrives in the Philippines, UAORANGES ONLINE SHOP will notify you through your registered email address and/or Messenger account.

We may also provide photos of the received package or item from our end for documentation and order confirmation.

F. Local Delivery

After your order arrives in the Philippines, we may arrange local delivery through a third-party courier, depending on your location and delivery requirements.
