Refund policy

We carefully inspect and document orders as part of our quality-control process. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

A. Made-to-Order Items

Cancellation is strictly not allowed for made-to-order items once production or processing has started, even if the item has not yet arrived in the Philippines.

This is because the item has already been ordered or placed into production specifically for the customer.

B. Orders Already Arrived in the Philippines

Once an order has arrived in the Philippines, order cancellation or changes are no longer allowed.

Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to carefully verify their size, design, colorway, and other order details before confirming their purchase.

C. Damaged Items or Missing Accessories

If an item arrives with a legitimate shipping-related damage or missing accessories that were supposed to be included with the order, the customer must immediately contact UAORANGES ONLINE SHOP and provide clear photo and/or video evidence.

The item may need to be returned to us for inspection and verification.

If the claim is verified and approved, UAORANGES ONLINE SHOP will provide a full refund for the affected item, subject to the applicable return and verification process.

Customers should retain the original packaging and any relevant accessories until the concern has been resolved.

D. Important Reminder

Normal variations in product appearance, manufacturing details, packaging, or other characteristics that are inherent to the product are not automatically considered defects.

All return and refund requests are subject to verification.
